3) If any item is not in stock we will inform you within 24 hours and advise you of the expected delivery date or offer you an alternative.
4) All prices include free delivery but have certain exclusions - please read the Delivery Information page.
5) All our products are covered by a no quibble 1yr parts and labour guarantee.
6) In the unlikely event of you being disappointed with your safe we offer a 7 day full refund policy which is effective from the date you receive delivery.Any returns must be sent back to us in a "as new" condition in the original packaging and with all the accessories and manuals. The responsibility for carriage is borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
